Join us as we welcome Samuel Clemens – Mark Twain – in Old Sacramento’s historic Eagle Theatre for an evening of conversation and lecture, featuring McAvoy Layne as Mr. Twain on Friday, August 11. A short question and answer session with Mark Twain will be held after the presentation. General admission is $20 for adults, $10 for youth. Tickets are $10 for adults and youth if you are a member of the Sacramento History Museum and may be purchased online, in person, or by phone. Members of the Sacramento Historical Society please call 916-808-7059 to purchase tickets at $10 for adults and youth. The Eagle Theatre is located near the intersection of Front & J Street, across the Passenger Station. Doors open at 6pm with the presentation starting at 7pm.
