Covering three levels of technical demand, each video will cover several exercises that will not only help you improve your fundamental skills, but also expose you to the drumming philosophies of some of today's master instructors! In the first part of Bruce Becker's ZILDJIAN WORKOUT episodes, Bruce introduces you to the Afro-Cuban 6/8 groove, developing a solid counting system and steady triplet feel. In this second part, Bruce will take you through the 'jazz mambo' in 4/4 in a similar fashion, then combine the pattern from part 1 and part 2 into one exercise to develop a smooth transition between triple and duple feels.
