We enjoy the fall season in Alaska in the garden harvesting cabbage, carrots, celery and more. After cleaning and processing our produce, they are ready for our unique storage spaces. We make sauerkraut for the winter months and try an Italian celery meatball dish with fresh grouse and homemade creamy sorrel pesto. 𝐓𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 - *changes made - 1 small yellow onion added with celery (included in boiling) and sourdough breadcrumbs were used 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - 12 cups loosely packed
