We enjoy the fall season in Alaska in the garden harvesting cabbage, carrots, celery and more. After cleaning and processing our produce, they are ready for our unique storage spaces. We make sauerkraut for the winter months and try an Italian celery meatball dish with fresh grouse and homemade creamy sorrel pesto. ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฉ๐ - *changes made - 1 small yellow onion added with celery (included in boiling) and sourdough breadcrumbs were used ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ - 12 cups loosely packed
