Observer | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

Studio Blooberteam made a huge impact on the horror genre with their surprise hit Layers of Fear. Since then they have developed and released a lot of different games including The Medium, Blair Witch and Layers of Fear 2. But my personal favorite is their cyberpunk style horror game Observer. This game plays more like a cyberpunk detective where we are put in the shoes of the great, late Rutger Hauer. As a Dutchman myself it was awesome to be playing as one of our finest actors who of course also had a very important role in Bladerunner. Observer might indeed not be as scary as Layers of Fear was, but the style, setting and story are all improved upon in my opinion. There is plenty to explore, side objectives and quests to complete. It honestly is one of the best cyberpunk style games out there and a must play for fans of that setting. I do believe it was not very successful financially so the chances of a sequel are slim, but I hope to one day see an Observer 2. A System Redux Remaster was later released an
