Various shots of seated guests and centre members waiting for Duke's arrival - they are seated in chairs outside. Uffa Fox is seen among guests. MS. Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh arriving at the centre jetty by launch. He steps ashore to be greeted by Sir Stanley Rouse and Mr W. J. Borthwick, members of the Sailing Centre Committee.
