Speed Quarterfinals - The course is marked with flagged checkpoints. Yellow Flags must stay to the runner’s left, red flags must stay to the runner’s right. Courses are made up of choke points that force athletes to navigate through with narrow options, and open check points to encourage variability and strategic decision making. Courses are timed with laser gates that runners automatically trip when they cross the start and finish lines.
