Risking it all to ride ON Fish Creek all the way to the Bow river! JAN 21 - 2023

This is a fun but stressful ride that is about 32km long round trip. There is a small window of opportunity each winter to ride ON Fish Creek or “Ride the creek“, as we say, all the way from the far west side of Fish Creek park at 37th street all the way west to the Bow River. This creek has a lot of beaver dams on it and that poses risks ranging from open water to thin ice that is hiding under the snow. On more than one occasion we have had someone break through the ice. This is not a ride you would do alone! Team Old Goats!!
