This was one of the magical moments of the DR7 Bachata Festival Luis Vargas concert in Paraiso Musical, Villa Mella, Santo Domingo. Luis Vargas changed bachata music with his electronic guitar in the beginning of the 90’s. He is still the best bachata artist for the dancers. DR7 participants were privileged to see him in a relatively small club with just 1000 Dominicans. DR8 will introduce something incredible for Paraiso Musical and we hope to see Luis Vargas some day again. He is the best! More info in ww
