Sultan Technique in Managing Secondary Aorto-enteric fistula

We report a case of secondary aortoduodenal fistula found 6 years after aortic EVAR for 7 cm Inflammatory AAA, with the clinical presentation of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. On Immediate exploratory laparotomy, the Supra mesenteric part of the abdominal aorta was Endovascularly clamped by 36 Couda Balloon.
