Sneaky's New Caitlyn Build (IE ER BT)

Sneaky has been theorycrafting a non-tickle Caitlyn build for a while now. This is what he's come up with. Infinity Edge into Essense Reaver with “Legend: Alacrity“ rune instead of the typical “Legend: Bloodline“ to make up for the lack of Attack Speed with no Zeal item second.
