The result is a crispy, flavorful, and addictive bite that is perfect for any occasion. #chefharpalsingh #namakshamak #easyrecipe #vegiterian #healthyrecipes #potato #desi Ingredient Quantity For balls Potato boiled & grated 4 no Corn starch 3 tbsp Salt to taste Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp Corn starch for sprinkle Oil for frying For sauce Red capsicum chopped 1 tbsp Yellow capsicum chopped 1 tbsp Green capsicum chopped 1 tbsp Onion chopped 1 no Green chilli chopped 2-3 no Ginger chopped 1 tsp Garlic chopped 1 tsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp Red chilli sauces 2 tbsp Vinegar 1 tsp Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp Chilli flakes 1 tsp Coriander chopped 1 Tbsp Hot oil 3 tbsp Spring onion chopped for garnish Method Take large mixing bowl and grate the boiled potato. Add corn starch, salt, chopped fresh coriander and mix well. Take a plate and sprinkle some corn starch on it. Take a little corn starch flour and potato mixture in the palm of your hand and make small tight balls. Place the kadai on medium flame and heat the oil. Fry the all balls on medium flame. Take a large mixing bowl and add chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, chopped spring onion, chilli flakes and chopped coriander. Fry them till they are crispy and golden in colour. Now add hot oil into spice bowl and mix well. Finally add fried crispy potato into spice bowl and mix well. Dish out and garnish with chopped spring onion.
