✨Circadian Rhythms are physical, mental and behavioral changes that follow a 24-hour cycle. When life brings disruption to our natural cycles due to stress, diet, work hours or other exterior interference, our mind, body and soul can experience a deep imbalance. In turn, this creates more fatigue, more stress and can even create a feeling of disconnection from reality. ✨I wanted to create a sound bath to help bring our circadian rhythms back into balance so that we may feel awakened, clear and refreshed for a brand new day 💜 These long sustained notes were carefully played to bring your body and mind into a state of bliss, naturally allowing your body to recover 💜 As always... 🏮 The low lighting dims slowly over the course of the first hour so that you will fall asleep fast and stay asleep. 🛌 The gentlest strikes of the singing bowls will serve to ease the mind and stimulate the types of thoughts that will soon become your dreams.
