UPDATE - The TS/HORN 10 amp fuse supplies power to pin A of the main cruise connector under the seat, but you also need the switched power on pin F which comes from the CHASSIS 20 amp fuse located beside the 10 amp fuse. Do not simply visually check these fuses, use a meter to verify. Also, the RUN/STOP switch must be on RUN for power to reach pin F. This is an in-depth video on everything that you could possibly want to know about the cruise control system on a Victory Cross Country Tour motorcycle. I cover all tests, diagnostics, troubleshooting and locations of all parts needed to operate the cruise feature on this bike. It's a longer video than I usually make and has a lot of information but hopefully you will get something out of it that will help you fix a problem while saving you time and money.
