Ghostly Minions balloon caught on museum CCTV checking out gift shop CCTV Captures Minion Balloon’s Museum Tour Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery Thought to be either Dave or Bob, the doomed inflatable waited until staff had gone home to enjoy a farewell trip around the site. CCTV has captured a helium-filled Minion balloon’s ghostly tour of a museum and art gallery. The inflatable Despicable Me character got stuck to the ceiling of the Birmingham attraction some weeks ago.
