HERES HOW TO OVERCOME THE BUILD LIMIT STOP ASKING ME THIS ITS EXPLAINED IN THE FIRST 2 MINUTES OF THE VIDEO You can overcome the build limit by continuously dropping weapons (or any item) from your inventory and storing them in workshop mode. This drops the build meter the same way scrapping something does. Dropping big/complex weapon models such as miniguns and gamma guns lower the meter faster. Theres a limit to how much you can do this until your system starts crashing, but my PC doesn't really have a problem with it.
