The Sol-y-Yo garden oven is handmade by artesan families in the Mexican highlands. The stone oven can be heated in 10 minutes by burning small pieces of wood in the back of the oven. In a half hour you can have 5 pizza’s ready. Keep adding and burning small pieces of wood as you bake in the front to keep the temperature high. Tortillas, flat breads or arab bread can also be baked on top of the dome of the stone oven.
