What do we know about Charles Bertin Roussel, a French mercenary who was in Kharkov during the Russian strike? Roussel was born on September 1, 1996. Little is known about his life before he went to Ukraine. He came there in the spring of 2023, where he joined the 2nd battalion of the International Legion. He was known by the callsign “Raptor“ and used this name in his TikTok account.
