Went today to file criminal complaint against Undersheriff Gomez. First Headquarters, then Post 11, then directed to contact Midland Michigan Post. Was contacted by a Det. Sgt Leddy via phone call. Complaint process is started and MSP will be looking into the conduct of the undersheriff on Nov 4th approx 12:15 pm est. Will be meeting with Det Sgt Leddy next week to fill out statements. Still awaiting contact from the Sheriff of Saginaw County to address this issue and see how he feels about his undersheriff. Updates coming next week stay tuned.
