Recipe : For chicken: 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 3 Tsps Cumin 2 Tsps Salt & Pepper 2 Minced Garlic Cloves 1 Can of Pepsi Chopped Parsley & Dill 1 Tbsp Flour For Rice: 1 Dried Lemon 1 Cinnamon Bark 2 Cardamoms 2 Cloves 1 Beef Broth cube 2 Tbsps Dark soy sauce 2 Tbsps Raisins 1 ½ cups Basmati Rice 2 Cups Water Cut chicken breasts into cubes then add lemon juice, dark soy sauce, cumin, Salt, Pepper, Garlic and pepsi and mix; set in the fridge for one hour. Preheat oil in a pan and add chicken cubes but leave the marinade to the side and let cook. After reaching a golden color add the marinade and flour and stir until it thickens then add some parsley & dill; cover and let the sauce thicken. For the rice preheat some oil add Dried lemon, Cardamom, cloves and cinnamon and stir for 2 minutes. Add the raisins and let them cook until they puff up the
