Спустя 77 лет после окончания Второй мировой войны останки солдат продолжают до сих пор находить. Весной, как только сходит снег, на поиски отправляются волонтёры. Они обнаруживают погибших на полях сражений, в лесах и болотах. Если есть смертный медальон — опознают и возвращают бойца семье. Для родных это всегда неожиданность: часто десятилетиями они ничего не знали о судьбе пропавшего солдата. Когда съёмочная группа RT Documentary работала с поисковиками в одной из экспедиций в Финском заливе, приборы обнаружили советскую подлодку Щ-406. Её не могли найти со времён Великой Отечественной войны. In the spring, as soon as the snow melts, volunteers go in search. They discover the dead on the battlefields, in forests and swamps. If there is a mortal medallion, they will identify and return the fighter to the family. For relatives, this is always a surprise: often for decades they did not know anything about the fate of the missing soldier. When the RT Documentary film crew was working with search engines on one of the expeditions in the Gulf of Finland, the instruments found the Soviet submarine Shch-406.
