Ceylon cinnamon 1 tsp. Vanilla extract Pinch of salt Directions: Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the dough comes together. You should be able to pinch the dough between your thumb and finger and it will stay together. Use a small scoop to help keep the size of the balls uniform. Press and roll the dough into a ball and place them on a parchment covered baking sheet. Refrigerate an hour or more and then place the balls into a ziploc bag and freeze them or refrigerate them. I like the firm texture when I freeze them so that’s how I store them. They will keep 3 or 4 months in the freezer and about 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Enjoy in good health!
