Rainbow cupcakes: how to make mini rainbow models using fondant

Fondant rainbow cake toppers In this cupcake decorating tutorial I show you how to make some mini rainbow cupcake toppers to decorate your cupcakes with. You can see the tools I use in this video below, you can also use a clay extruder if you prefer not to make the rainbow by hand. I use fondant to make these rainbow models, but you could use modelling paste, flower paste, gum paste, sugar paste etc.. you could also make your rainbow model out of fimo / fimo clay / polymer clay if you do not want your rain
