Horrifying tales of the 1970's End of the Underworld Era

The 1970's was a very interesting period, but yet a scary time to be alive for many. We witnessed the most dramatic decline in Marriage within the Black community. The most reported Robberies, and the start of Mass Incarceration. It was the end of a time when underworld figures from the 1960's who ran and controlled the streets of Washington D.C; well known men who either reached their peak in the streets, and, or were taken down during this period by law enforcement- Locked away and given long prison sentences.
