Ever wondered what stretches will benefit you to get the box splits quicker? Well in todays video I will reveal just that! I will be sharing a stretching routine that will cover all of my go to stretches that I used many moons ago to develop my box splits and of course, maintain them. Please make sure you are warm before attempting this routine, and of course listen to your body! If anything hurts stop immediately and seek further guidance before continuing.
