Strawberry & White Chocolate Panna Cotta Strawberry Panna Cotta Ingredients: 1 cup thick cream 1 cup strawberry puree 1 tsp gelatin 2 tsp cold water 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp lemon juice Steps: 1. Puree about 1/2 a cup of fresh strawberries in a food processor and add 1/4 cup of water. 2. Strain the puree over a pot and turn on medium to low heat. 3. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and mix until dissolve. 4. Once the mixture is steaming hot (not boiling), turn off the heat and add a scoop to the bowl of bloomed gelatin and mix well. 5. Pour the gelatin to the pot and stirr until well combined. 6. Cool to room temp. and pour to your desired molds but reserve 1/4 of the mixture to add red food color (this is optional) 7. Let the mixture set in the fridge before adding the dark red layer of panna cotta. Then let it set again in the fridge. White chocolate panna cotta ingredients: 1 cup thick cream 1/2 cup milk 70 grams melted white chocolate 2 tsp gelatin 2 tbsp water 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla Steps: 1. Pour the cream, milk, and sugar in the pot and cook over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. 2. Add the melted white chocolate and mix. 3. Once the mixture is steaming hot (not boiling), turn off the heat and add a scoop to the bowl of bloomed gelatin and mix well. 4. Pour the gelatin to the pot and stir until well combined. 5. Let the mixture cool to room temp before adding to the mold.
