The hubs and I only had a short period of time to get our workout in! We love the “tag your it“ format! One of us starts on the spin bike while the other starts the circuit. It’s an accumulator. There are 5 exercises. You start w/ the first one and then repeat and add one. So it looks like this: 1, 1 2, 1 2 3.
