We attempted to summit all 15 of the tallest mountains in Wales, totally barefoot. I love barefoot hiking, I think it is great for your foot health and honestly just makes me feel great. Disclaimer, I don’t recommend you attempt a hike like this as your first barefoot hike! Start small, in the woods or your local park. You can build up from there as your feet get stronger.
