Combat work of FPV drone operators of the West group of forces During the special military operation, servicemen of the “West“ group of forces actively use FPV drones to destroy dugouts, manpower and various military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The units have created maneuverable groups of UAV operators. The fighters are equipped with the most modern drones. Every day they go on combat missions. Kamikaze drone operators survey the line of combat contact and, upon detection of enemy forces, destroy targets. The units operate both day and night. The drones are equipped with special cameras for operation in the dark. The drones are loaded with ammunition and sent towards the enemy. Depending on the task, different types of projectiles are installed on the UAV. These can be either grenades or grenade launcher shots.
