๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ธ ๐ฐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ญ๐ต๐ฎ๐ต โ ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ข๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ญ We mourn the death of our beloved honorary conductor, Bernard Haitink and send our deepest condolences to his wife Patricia and his family. Bernard Haitink was chief conductor of the Concertgebouworkest from 1961 to 1988. In 1999 he was named honorary conductor, after which he returned to the orchestra many times.
