Premier Tech created a custom solution for its client Tilton, a company that specializes in designing and manufacturing thermoformed plastic packaging. Tilton respects the highest quality standards while minimizing environmental impacts. The palletizing solution, designed by Premier Tech, uses a rail robot and AGV to meet the specific needs of the customer’s requirements to process and palletize a large number of different products (23 SKU’s) simultaneously and without the aid of any operators.
