2 Brothers on the 4th Floor is a Dutch musical group created in 1990 by brothers Martin and Bobby Boer. Dutch singer Desray, and rapper D-Rock fronted the hits between 1993 and 2000. The group has had success in many countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Czech Republic, Norway, Finland, South Africa, Argentina, Chile, Israel, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. In The Netherlands they had 9 Top-10 hits including the number 1 hit ’Dreams’. In Israel they had 4 number 1 hits and another 6 Top-10 hits. In Europe their biggest hit was ’Dreams (Will Come Alive), peaking at number 1 in Holland, No’2 Israel, No’4 Italy, No’6 Finland, No’8 Belgium, No’13 Iceland, No’14 Sweden, No’17 Denmark, No’25 Germany and No’25 in The Eurochart Top-100.
