Bisley, Surrey. Title reads: “The King's Prize. The Rifleman's greatest honour. Sgt. A. G. Fulton repeats his 1912 victory ... a feat that has only been equalled twice before“. L/S of a row of riflemen lying in a field with their guns pointing in the same direction. An officer walks up and down the line, there a several men sitting at easels (scoreboards?) behind the riflemen. C/U of the riflemen - they all appear to be civilians. M/S of a swarthy looking man holding a rifle - Fulton?. He shakes hands with an Army officer, a Naval officer stands on the other side. M/S of a procession; a marching band leads a crowd of people. Fulton sits in a sedan chair carried along on the shoulders of the crowd. He waves regally and tips his hat. C/U of Fulton on the chair, he leans down to shake hands with one of the crowd.
