I appreciate the patience and support for this video. Every time I play back the videos I think of things I could have explained better or something I forgot to say. I kept saying that you should use the pads of the fingers because you don’t want to dig your fingernails on the skin! 😱You can also work over the sheet . I said “digging” to find the muscle when I could have said palpating because digging sounds like I’m hurting the client & that’s not the case. When I’m explaining how to palpate the muscle underneath your fingers you can feel the muscle tighten or “pop” when the client flexes the hip or moves the leg. Most of the time my brain gets ahead of my mouth. I introduce 2 muscles that are the main hip flexors and the 3 main triggers points. I show a little anatomy, physiology and releasing techniques 0:00 Introduction 0:55 Thomas Test 2:27 Psoas anatomy 2:57 Iliacus 3:27 Insertion of the Iliopsoas 3:40 How to find the Psoas and work the 1st trigger po
