c. 1933 Title reads: “At Brecon Cathedral. Old Colours of 1st Battn. S. Wales Borderers laid up.“ Marching Band passes camera followed by men in army uniform (First Battalion South Wales Borderers?) Sergeant Major gives orders (Halt, Right Turn etc.) and the men step in place accordingly. Local dignitaries and former members of the Battalion march into the grounds of the Cathedral in mufti. Many wear medals. The soldiers stand to attention whilst the men file past. Exterior of cathedral - soldiers salute their predecessors who stand opposite them. Camera pans across men in uniform. Flags are presented. Men present arms. God Save Our King is played. Flag bearers march through the archway to the cathedral. Other people present move through the archway. Band marches through the archway. Soldiers march through archway. High angle shot of large group of people - ordinary members of the public and children being directed by a policeman.
