This was a time where you got TWO great songs on ONE record. Can't do that with MP3's today! Speaking of MP3's - I just gave this a listen on iTunes, and it sounded just awful. I immediately came back to this great sounding vinyl original! This is the original mono mix as heard when this was a huge hit on AM Top 40 radio on stations like WABC New York.
