The Anti-Hitler Coalition or the United Nations is a military alliance formed during the Second World War. The alliance included all countries that fought against the fascist Axis - Germany, Japan, Italy and their allies. The coalition was led by the Big Four countries: the USSR, the USA, Great Britain and China. Subsequently, the countries of Latin America, the British dominions, as well as the anti-fascist movements of Europe joined the alliance. At the end of World War II, the Anti-Hitler Coalition was transformed into the United Nations. The flag of the Anti-Hitler Coalition, presented in this video, was created, presumably, in 1943. It consists of the flags of the Soviet Union, Great Britain, the USA and the Republic of China, separated by a white cross. In the center of the flag is the red six-pointed Cross of Lorraine, symbolizing the French Resistance. The Soviet song “Katyusha“, presented in this video, was the most popular march of World War II. Soviet soldiers, Chinese, French and Italian partisans went into battle under it.
