Golden Era movie bellydance - lockdown video 2020 by Badriyah

This video clip was created for Vintage Beauties Collection - an online show produced by Marina Ramé, connecting bellydance artists focusing on Golden Era - the full show you can see here: My video was inspired by two iconic scenes from Golden Era movie connected to bellydance: Samia Gamal observing Taheya Carioca dancing on a vinyl record (Habibi Ya Samar, 1958), and change of the costumes in a mirror from a scene with Samia Gamal (Sigarah wa Kas, 1955).
