~ An Abiding Belief

This is the final show of the Pro Wrestling LOVE era. Most of the lines have been drawn regarding who leaves and who stays (Taiyo Kea, Manabu Soya, Rene Dupree would all leave later) in the Wrestle-1 exodus. This show is the sendoff for those leaving in the exodus, as well as the climax of the excellent Burning invasion which got neutered by the drama engulfing the company at the time. Three returns happen on this show: Kyohei Wada, who left two years prior over Mutoh’s handling of the Hirai beating; KENSO, who stays loyal despite being at the center of some of Shiraishi’s tangents, returns from injury; and Taiyo Kea, who comes back for a few shows in-between school semesters before going to Wrestle-1 in 2014. KAI & Manabu Soya are out for injury. Seiya Sanada & Rene Dupree are in Canada for Sanada’s Canadian excursion during this time.
