Barbell Brigade Invades Super Training

The three gents from Barbell Brigade - Bart Kwan, Lu Davez, and Serro Park - came up to Sac to watch Silent Mike’s deadlift meet at Caffeine and Kilos. The next day, they decided to visit Super Training Gym to get in a quick workout before they went back down to Los Angeles.
