It can be serve with dal khichdi, rice or as a side dish. #aamraskikadhi #easyrecipe #mangorecipe #youtube #chefharpalsingh Ingredients Quantity Raw mango 1no Water as required water as required gram flour 4 tbsp 1cup Curd ½ cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp ½ tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp ½ tsp ½ tsp Black pepper crushed ½ tsp ½ tsp Salt to taste salt to taste Water as required water 1 tbsp Black salt to taste ¼ tsp Prepared puree 3 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp 1 tbsp Onion 1 no 2 no Asafoetida ¼ tsp Cumin ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp Mustard seeds ½ tsp Curry leaves 2 sprigs Chopped ginger 1 tbsp Green chilli chopped 2no 2 no Hot water as required Grated raw mango १/२ Carom seeds ¼ tsp Ghee 1 tbsp Cloves 6 to 8 no Dry red chilli 3 to 4 no Mustard seeds ½ tsp Cumin seeds ½ tsp Jaggery 1tsp Method • Peel half of the raw mango, and the other half cut it in to pieces, add it in to mixer grinder and grind it, add some amount of water and puree it. • In a bowl add chickpea flour, curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste, water as required, black salt to taste prepared mixture and mix it well, now again fill the bowl full of water. • In a kadhai add oil, let the oil get hot properly, till then slice some onions. • Once the oil is hot enough add Asafoetida ,cumin seeds , fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies , and mix it well now add the prepared kadhi mixture and mix it well, again add half cup of hot water close the kadhai with the lid and let the kadhi cook . • Till then take 2 no of onions and cut them in to slice and add it in to a bowl, add salt to taste chopped green chillies , black pepper powder , red chilli powder , turmeric powder, black salt , raw grated mango , chickpea flour , mix it well add little amount of water , carom seeds and again mix it well properly • In a small pan add little amount of oil and shallow fry the pakodas till it turn golden brown , once its fried properly remove it in a plate . • Add some ghee , cloves , dry red chilli , mustard seeds , cumin seeds , red chilli powder and add the tadka mixture in the kadhi, add some little amount of jaggery and let the curry cook for some more time • Take a serving bowl and place some pakodas top it up with the curry , finally garnish it with some red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves Follow me on YouTube for the variety of dishes: Follow me on Facebook: Follow me on Twitter: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Linkedin: Follow me on Pinterest:
