EDIT: So, this video was blocked by VIZ from viewing in North America a few years ago. It wasn’t in till this past winter(2018) that I finally filed a counter claim(they were trying to say I uploaded a full episode which obviously isn’t the case AND I uploaded this a year before they rescued the license) & got it viewable again.
