Additional troopers, restaurants closing, food shortages

Currently 14,000 illegal immigrants in Del Rio. The international bridge is closed. Workers aren’t able to get to jobs in the U.S. from Mexico, so many restaurants are closed because of staffing shortages. Organizations are purchasing goods at grocery stores leaving shelves sparse… The LE are coordinating to try to provide provisions and also keep food in their community.
