Just freeair testing the sub after repairs before putting it back in it’s enclosure. If you look at where the speaker terminals are, you’ll see the phillips head screws that hold the tinsel terminations to the wire terminations. If you have any problems with these Type-R subs cutting out on you, or are seeing varible impedence in a DC resistance test, pop off the cover, tighten those biatches down! I have not had a problem since! The noise from the sub is motor and mechanical noise. I was pushing it’s limit
