Napoleon cake made of puff pastry Ingredients: puff pastry - 700 g ( oz) For the cake top: egg whites - 6 pieces sugar - 150 g (5.3 oz) walnuts - 200 g (7 oz) For the cream: yolks - 6 pieces sugar - 120 g ( oz) vanilla essence - 5 ml (1 tsp) starch - 100 g (3.5 oz) milk - 1 l (34 fl oz) butter - 50 g ( oz) boiled condensed milk - 100 g (3.5 oz) IN THE FRIDGE 1 H For the glaze: powdered sugar - 150 g (5.3 oz) egg whites - 1 piece lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp) Tray size 35 X 35 cm (14 x 14 in) IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/15 minutes Follow us on: Facebook:
