First, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported this little project of mine and for tuning in everytime I upload, its grown far bigger than I ever expected. And to thank @TheVektor2012 for being truly innovative and for creating Nolvus, my favorite modlist by far that offers so much and does so seamlessly - Nolvus V6 cannot come any sooner. I want to thank the countless mod authors for their work and executing their vision, often I think you guys are not appreciated enough. I also want to thank everyone thats in my Discord, especially the moderators and people who help others with their modding journey. Its been a pleasure to watch it all happen. Lastly, I want to thank everybody in the Skyrim modding community, the tiniest contribution can be a massive deal to somebody else and I appreciate yall for it so much. What is Skyrim Ultima? Skyrim Ultima is a modlist for Skyrim Anniversary Edition (), focused on revamping combat into an engaging, somewhat methodical and well-paced experience. The goal is to enhance the world of Skyrim and enrich the visceral fantasy realm that's in the midst of Civil War, with refreshing and satisfying mechanics. What is the difference between Nolvus and Ultima? Skyrim Ultima will have a far smaller scope and simpler approach compared to Nolvus, akin to a vanilla remaster with most mechanics outside of combat being left untouched in favor of maintaining the gameplay loop of vanilla Skyrim, glitches and cheese tactics included (These are my favorite) Base Skyrim is big enough. I am more interested in improving the 1-2 hour gameplay loop, rather than a complete redesign with an overwhelming amount of new systems. My goal is to maintain the familiarity of Skyrim activities through a new lens. Highlight proposed features for the Wabbajack: - Reimagined combat for third person, and refinement for first person. - ADXP/MCO based combat with Stances (4 animation sets per weapon) - Cities and towns in the open world, no more loading screens for cities. - New mobs - New quests (no DLC sized lands will be included) - Major focus on gamepad support - Voiced protagonist (Optional ofc) - Sub 1000 plugins for the final list. As of the date of upload and this video, I am currently around 450 mods. Since I use paid mods for some animations, character customization and visuals, these will not be included in the Wabbajack or in the Reshade preset that it'll come with. These will be supplemented with free versions and then I will make a tutorial on how to implement the worthy (imo) paid mods into the Wabbajack post release. I am carefully choosing and putting just as much thought into these free mods as I am with the paid mods, it will be purely optional to add in paid mods. Since the Wabbajack is in its very early stages, I'll only be able to show its true form later once Ive had more time to put it together. Expect to need a reasonably decent rig for the Wabbajack, at least an RTX 3080/4060 with DLSS will be recommended. I will share a rough timeline of the project sometime soon with most smaller updates coming through on my Discord. The final update to my Nolvus based modlist is also available there; Join here: Extra special shoutouts to: @mouse4607 For being the main influence on why I started YouTube in the first place - Im more excited about your Wabbajack list than I am about my own 🐐 @attackogaming For creating my (if it wasnt obvious enough) favorite mod so far, Shadow of Mereth. I cant wait to see it finished 👑 @SmoothAnimation For creating the best player animations for Skyrim 💯 Besides that, expect more cool Skyrim videos on this channel, I'll still continue to test mods and edit cinematic style videos, only this time, its finally my own modlist! :D Character preset used: Zhara #skyrim #skyrimmods
