Sometimes all it needs is to bow down and ask for help. In that very moment I was confused, I felt helpless and without orientation in my own mind and emotional body. Many different feelings were present - shame, anger, sadness. So I went into the forest with my handpan, sat down and started to play. I had the clear intention to surrender into my feelings and ask for help to let go and transform what I was feeling. Not attaching to limiting believes and patterns of the past, leaning in to the ever evolving potential within. It’s easier said than done, so it took me quite a while until I received relief and relaxation during this session. Grateful for this moment. Grateful for the handpan. Grateful for the one who joined me on this journey and inspired this whole improv session which turned out to be a prayer to god.
