“Hymn of the Bolshevik Party“ or “Party of Lenin, Party of Stalin“, is a Soviet political anthem written in 1938 in honour of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (Bolsheviks). The melody of the hymn would later be resued by Alexander Alexandrov in writing the iconic State Anthem of the USSR in 1944. After the demise of Iosef Stalin in 1953, the hymn fell out of favour with the Khrushchevite leadership of the Soviet Union who set about destroying Stalin's legacy, however, it is still used today by parties loyal to the legacy of Lenin and Stalin in Russia.
