Turning A Turntable Into A Sampler

When I first heard of the existence of the rare MIDI controlled turntables VESTAX made, the super rare Controller One namely, I was amazed. A turntable that can can be played with a keyboard? I went on a search for a cheaper alternative to the rare and expensive Controller 1 (6000EUR, only 100-110 made), which luckily worked out. While the turntable was en route from Japan, I commissioned to make dubplates for me. On these special one-off vinyl records I had put sounds I created in my studio that I thought would work well in a track together. I had no idea if it would all work out, and the result surprised me.
