Russian city flooded | Thousands of houses inundated, search and rescue ongoing The city of Orsk in Russia’s Orenburg Region was hit by a flood that caused a levee to break after the Ural River rose to twice the level the levee was designed to hold levels, prompting a state of emergency to be declared across the region.
