[case report] This presentation began by detailing the treatment decision making flow chart of anterior open bite correction. In this case extraction was indicated due to the patient’s protrusive profile, a high mandibular angle and crowding presented. Two mechanics, Class II mechanics and buccal-lingual mechanics, were used to close the large extraction spaces. 本篇報告首先先介紹思考前牙開咬治療的分析流程，此案例為拔牙案例，因為患者的臉型突出，high mandibular angle，也有牙亂的問題。拔牙後產生的大空間可以利用Class II mechanics和buccal-lingual mechanics兩種力學設計來關閉。
